ART RESIDENCY
We are passionate about art and wish to share the unique beauty of ranch life in Montana. The Bedford’s have been longtime supporters of historic Western art at the C.M. Russell Museum and more contemporary art realms of New York City and Chicago. In that spirit, we’re developing a month-long art residency for summer 2024 with a focus on mid-career and emerging painters. The selected artist will reside in the historic HX log cabin with a private studio and enjoy full ranch access while drawing inspiration from the surrounding environment. The residency culminates in an open studio event and cookout. The restoration and expansion into the 1800’s Tipi Coulee buildings is scheduled for 2025.
